We're looking for someone who wants to be a part of something bigger and shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing a vibrant company culture, and building strong connections with our communities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.</li>\n <li>Set tables according to service standards.</li>\n <li>Answer questions on menu selections to guests.</li>\n <li>Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recooking orders, and product availability.</li>\n <li>Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.</li>\n <li>Record transaction in POS system at time of order.</li>\n <li>Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.</li>\n <li>Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights and fire pit, looking all doors etc.</li>\n <li>Present physical and accurate check – 2 copies to guests and process payments.</li>\n <li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.</li>\n <li>Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.</li>\n <li>Run food and bus tables when you find extra time.</li>\n <li>Anticipate and address guests` service needs.</li>\n <li>Speak with others using clear and professional language.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support your team to reach common goals.</li>\n <li>Be responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as the general property.</li>\n <li>Subscribe to proper grooming, dress and uniform standards as set forth by company policy.</li>\n <li>Maintain behavior consistent with sexual harassment/hostile work environment policy dictated in the employee handbook.</li>\n <li>Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.</li>\n <li>Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes at Hotel Polaris.</li>\n <li>Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least one (1) year food & beverage experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must possess valid TIPS card upon hire.</li>\n <li>Must possess valid Food Handler’s card upon hire. </li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height.</li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.</li>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).</li>\n <li>An employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Paid time off/sick time.</li>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match. </li>\n <li>Complimentary team member meals.</li>\n <li>Complimentary room nights at CoralTree Hospitality managed properties. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, building vibrant communities, and shaping the future of travel and hospitality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Type: Part-time </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hourly Rate: $12.50/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Application deadline: This job posting will close on 6/15/2026 or until the position has been filled.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#Li-onsite #hotelpolaris</p>",
