Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Contrôleur adjoint(-e) hautement motivé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail pour se joindre à notre équipe de comptabilité interne en pleine croissance. Relevant directement du Directeur des finances, cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans l’exactitude, l’efficacité et la conformité des opérations financières du cabinet tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue de nos processus financiers.
Vous serez responsable de : • Préparer les états financiers et les notes afférentes
• Préparer les états des résultats et les analyses de bilan
• Produire les rapports financiers de fin de mois et de fin de trimestre, y compris les conciliations et les écritures d’ajustement
• Participer à la préparation des budgets annuels et des prévisions financières
• Réviser et approuver les écritures de comptes fournisseurs
• Agir à titre de personne ressource et de soutien pour les comptes fournisseurs
• Préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs au besoin
• Appliquer les encaissements et communiquer avec les clients lorsque nécessaire
• Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et assurer la liaison avec les institutions financières au besoin
• Préparer les rapports destinés aux associés
• Réviser et approuver les comptes de dépenses des employés et des associés au besoin
• Préparer les rapports mensuels et annuels ainsi que diverses analyses financières ponctuelles
• Préparer les déclarations mensuelles de TPS/TVH/TVQ et veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires
Les qualifications qui comptent : • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un cabinet comptable ou un environnement de services professionnels
• Bilinguisme parlé et écrit (français et anglais)
• Excellente compréhension des principes comptables, des réglementations et des normes de présentation financière
• Maîtrise des systèmes financiers et connaissance avancée de Microsoft Excel
• Grande rigueur et souci du détail
• Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des processus
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
• Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément tout en respectant les échéances

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our growing internal accounting team. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the firm’s financial operations while supporting continuous improvement across our finance function.
You will be Accountable for: • Compiling financial statements and accompanying footnotes
• Preparing income statements and balance sheet analyses
• Producing month-end and quarter-end financial reports, including reconciliations and adjusting journal entries
• Participating in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Reviewing and approving accounts payable entries
• Acting as a backup and support resource for accounts payable functions
• Preparing supplier payments as required
• Applying cash receipts and communicating with clients as needed
• Reconciling bank accounts and liaising with banking partners as required
• Preparing partner-related reports
• Reviewing and approving employee and partner expense reports as needed
• Preparing monthly and annual reports, along with various ad hoc financial analyses
• Preparing monthly GST/HST/QST filings and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations
The Qualifications that count: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an accounting firm or professional services environment
• Bilingual in both French and English, spoken and written
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
