We offer a unique combination of government experience and facilities expertise that has helped us earn a position as one of the country’s leading integrated service providers.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a <strong>Planner/Estimator</strong> to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in <strong>Research Triangle Park, NC. </strong>This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#EGS</p>\n<p>#LI-NS1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects</li>\n <li>Project Management </li>\n <li>Using  RS Means cost estimating software, or other \"equal\" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of three (3) years of experience in planning and estimating structural, electrical and mechanical projects in a large or multiple facility with highly complex mechanical, electrical and structural requirements</li>\n <li>Project Management experience.</li>\n <li>Must be skilled in using RS Means cost estimating software, or other \"equal\" cost estimating software that is widely recognized within the facilities maintenance and construction industries.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
