We know that our success is a direct result of the exceptional talents and dedication of our employees.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>✨<strong>For eligible employees, benefits include:</strong>✅ Competitive compensation & benefits ✅ Medical, dental, vision✅ Company-paid life insurance ✅ Flexible spending accounts ✅ 403(b) retirement plan </p>\n<h3>Why VCC?</h3>\n<p>• 🏅 Winner of the <strong>2025 HRSA Gold Medal</strong> for Outstanding Care, placing VCC among the top 10% of Federally Qualified Health Centers in the U.S.</p>\n<p>• Recognized by HRSA as a National Quality Leader in Behavioral Health and Diabetes and for excellence in Preventive Health and Health IT.</p>\n<p>• A robust training & development culture to help you grow and advance your career.</p>\n<p>• A workplace built on respect, collaboration and passion for care.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Site Director, following the standardized protocols, provide primary care to clients through physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and health education.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct, comprehensive, ambulatory health care to patients of all ages</li>\n <li>Obtain and interpret complete health data, identifies problems, and develop and implement treatment plans</li>\n <li>Evaluate the process and outcome of treatment plans and modify as needed</li>\n <li>Make referrals to physicians when appropriate</li>\n <li>Order laboratory tests, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests as necessary</li>\n <li>Deliver primary health care to men and women seeking family planning assistance with an emphasis on health education and self-care activities</li>\n <li>Manage health care regimens of low-risk pregnant women</li>\n <li>Provide well-child care and educate parents on the emotional and physical development of their child</li>\n <li>Participate in administrative and program development activities as required</li>\n <li>Provide medication and immunization verification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certifications/Licenses</li>\n <li>Current, unrestricted NP license</li>\n <li>Current, unrestricted DEA Certification; X- waiver preferred</li>\n <li>Current BLS Certificate (ACLS preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to obtain relevant history and perform physical examination, including symptoms related to the current illness, chief complaints and involved organ systems</li>\n <li>Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities</li>\n <li><p>1 year experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Computer literate with the ability to appropriately utilize EMR system</p></li>\n <li><p>Documents patient encounters into EMR software</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Salary</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$66.00 - $70.00 Depending On Experience</li>\n</ul>",
