These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Quality Control Inspector</strong></p>\n<p>Kinston, NC</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting Pay Rate of <strong>$19.32 - 28.41/hour</strong> depending on experience - paid weekly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shift:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2nd: 4:00pm - 12:00am</li>\n <li>Monday - Friday with some Saturdays as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Measures product quality through the use of statistical methods, control charting, and process improvement techniques</li>\n <li>Updates and maintains Quality Department computer databases and quality system files</li>\n <li>Conducts various quality tests to ensure customer specifications are met</li>\n <li>Accurately completes all required quality inspections, and quality systems documentations</li>\n <li>Maintains work area in organized, safe and clean manner</li>\n <li>Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices</li>\n <li>Assist and train production floor associates on quality topics to ensure customer specifications are met</li>\n <li>Complete required calibration of quality test equipment and ensure proper use.</li>\n <li>Tracks and coordinates non-conforming material</li>\n <li>Maintains inventory of department quality supplies</li>\n <li>Communicate pertinent information at shift change</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal/written) with various levels within the facility</li>\n <li>Basic computer systems knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel), SAP, PowerPoint a plus</li>\n <li>Experience with AIB or BRC quality systems a plus</li>\n <li>Experience in a GFCI certification environment a plus</li>\n <li>Other job duties as assigned by Team Leader</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#INDQSR</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
