From clients to team members to subcontractors, we seek to be the best to work with and for.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://lakewoodinc.com/wp-content/uploads/Brochure_LW-Architecture.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Learn more about Lakewood Architecture by clicking here!</span></a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Summary of Position:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The primary purpose is to support the in-house design process from inception to completion of documents.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:     </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist the Project Architect and Architectural Practice Leader from project inception to completion of construction documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Convert basic schematics, renderings, 3D models, and design sketches into detailed construction documents and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare building models and detailed construction documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate technical design of projects with other disciplines and outside consultants.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in the development and review of project specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review submittals for compliance with the contract documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review and respond to project requests for information in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform code review, material selections, and building systems research.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide product knowledge and technical support for the project managers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Required Skills / Abilities:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent written, verbal, listening, presentation and organizational skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in relevant Computer Aided Design programs: Revit &amp; Enscape.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Detail oriented. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Action oriented and a self-starter.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Team player.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to multi-task and manage project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture or Associates degree in Architectural Drafting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preferred three (3) years minimum of industry experience or Masters in Architecture.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0e101a; font-size: 13px\">We love what we do, and we take care of our people.
