This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.</li>\n <li>Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.</li>\n <li>Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.</li>\n <li>Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.</li>\n <li>Perform various customer service related activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Let’s talk money and perks!</strong></p>\n<p>Aerotek offers a base salary of <strong>$54,000 - $56,000</strong> as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of <strong>$2,000</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional benefits include</strong>:                                            </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision</li>\n <li>HSA & 401k account</li>\n <li>20 days of paid time off as well as paid holidays</li>\n <li>Parental/Family leave</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Do you have the following?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)</li>\n <li>Customer or sales focused experience</li>\n <li>Proficient at Excel - pivot table knowledge</li>\n <li>Experience in a team-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Spanish is a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors</p>",
