          "text": "<p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><p>The<strong> Lube Technician,</strong>&#xa0;will be responsible for performing quick service and routine maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.</p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs for customer vehicles.</li><li>Conduct tire inspections, including patching tires and checking air pressure.</li><li>Inspect and replace air and cabin filters as needed.</li><li>Ensure vehicle fluids (brake, transmission, coolant, etc.) are at proper levels.</li><li>Perform quick inspections of belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to dealership and industry standards.</li><li>Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.</li><li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.</li></ul>",
