    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Machinist to manufacture hydraulic cylinder and component parts, while providing a high-level of quality and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 5-years of experience in operating CNC/Manual machines for precision parts</li><li>Successful completion of a machinist program or similar studies from a technical college</li><li>Must be skilled in use of all types of precision measuring instruments</li><li>Must be able to interpret complex blueprints/drawings</li><li>Individual must have experience operating the following machines:<ol><li>CNC Horizontal Turning Lathe with Live Tooling&nbsp;</li><li>CNC Horizontal Machining Centers</li><li>CNC Vertical Machining Centers</li><li>Honing Cylinder Barrels</li><li>Manual--- Lathe, Mill and Saw&nbsp;</li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Communication Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to communicate in both a verbal and written form to the department&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to read, write and interpreted instructions</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Computer Skills</strong></p><p>Thorough knowledge of computer software programs required for machining operation.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in a machine shop environment and is regularly exposed to close proximity of moving mechanical parts.
