He/she also supports the efforts of the logistics teams through leadership, guidance, proactive planning and savvy decision-making. He/she works effectively with Tigre USA&rsquo;s teams (sales, operations, finance, accounting, human resources, etc.), with suppliers and its customers to deliver high level service to Tigre&rsquo;s customers. He/she develops and manages members of the logistics team in a manner that increases their capabilities and performance. The logistics manager is responsible for the following departments: Customer Service, Order Management, Production Planning, Inbound and Outbound Freight Scheduling, Shipping, Receiving, and inventory replenishment.
