We are looking for the next addition to our award-winning team!!</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a reliable <u><strong>Manufacturing Maintenance Technician</strong></u><u> </u>to boost production by ensuring all equipment functions correctly and receives regular maintenance on <strong>1st shift; </strong><u><strong>5:00 am</strong></u><strong> -</strong><u><strong> 3:30 pm</strong></u><strong>, </strong><u><strong>Monday - Thursday</strong></u><strong>. </strong>Overtime may be offered on Friday or Saturday based on the company's needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all plant equipment and machinery.</p><p>· Set up and operate machine tools such as<u> </u><u><strong>lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools</strong></u><strong>.</strong></p><p>· Perform preventative maintenance on all machines.</p><p>· Ensure smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment; install new equipment, as directed.</p><p>· Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify problems.</p><p>· Have a full understanding of lockout/tag out (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols.</p><p>· Be proficient at measuring, aligning, and adjusting essential components of equipment.</p><p>· Read blueprints and schematics.</p><p>· Rebuild electrical and pneumatic power tools.</p><p>· Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery; must have working knowledge of all PM schedules.</p><p>· Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers, panels, conduit, machinery, and new systems; assist contractors, as needed.</p><p>· Perform building and ground maintenance, with safety and environmental understanding.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Voluntary benefits</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul><p><em>Advanced Industries LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
