The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience, an engineering degree, be a registered Professional Engineer, and possess the following abilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience&nbsp;designing of Plumbing systems for Healthcare and Higher Education projects</li><li>Proficient in Auto CAD and Revit</li><li>Experience in specification writing</li><li>Performs field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects</li><li>Coordinates with other disciplines</li><li>Develops calculations for Plumbing/FP systems&nbsp;</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing code, model codes and NFPA</li><li>Strongly motivated, well organized, shows professional initiative</li><li>Takes ownership of assignments, works both independently and as part of the<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;project team</li><li>Capable of meeting and working with clients and owners</li><li>Possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Good understanding of engineering concepts, design, and spatial requirements</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Positive attitude, results-driven and team-oriented</li><li>Able to think three-dimensionally</li><li>Able to manage time to meet deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Position requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering</li><li>PE License</li><li>10-20 years of related experience</li></ul><p>BR+A is a place to learn, to grow, to work hard for clients that matter &ndash; and to be part of something bigger.
