Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop curriculum for current, follow-on and future C2 and targeting applications</li>\n <li>Provide classroom or virtual (MS Teams) instruction to students ranging from beginners to Subject Matter Experts</li>\n <li>Provide over-the-shoulder instruction to students on various naval platforms and in lab environments</li>\n <li>Standing or walking for long periods and work on waterfront platforms during all seasons</li>\n <li>Use MS Office products to create and update training materials (guides, checklists, handouts, presentations)</li>\n <li>Validate user-level procedures for current and future command and control (C2) applications including TBMCS</li>\n <li>Review technical manuals, user guides and other documentation</li>\n <li>Perform basic user-level troubleshooting of C2 applications</li>\n <li>Packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of training materials and equipment</li>\n <li>50% travel, comfortable training customers in small spaces aboard Navy ships</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING</strong></p>\n<p><em>#LI-AM1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3 to 5 years of experience as Systems Administrator or Operator testing, configuring and using C2 applications, (TBMCS, JADOCS, GCCS-M, DCGS-N, etc.)</li>\n <li>3 to 5 years of experience with Joint Targeting, Air Tasking Order cycle, Airspace Control Measures/Orders, etc.</li>\n <li>3 to 5 years’ operator/user experience in Operations Centers:\n  <ul>\n   <li>USAF Air Operations Center Weapons System (AOC WS) or Control and Reporting Center (CRC)</li>\n   <li>USN Tactical Air Control Center (TACC)</li>\n   <li>USMC Marine Air Control Squadron (MACS) / Tactical Air Operations Center (TAOC)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>1 to 3 years of experience as onsite or positional trainer or classroom instructor</li>\n <li>1 year of experience with virtual instruction/remote learning</li>\n <li>1 year of curriculum development experience using:\n  <ul>\n   <li>USMC Systems Approach to Training (SAT) model, or</li>\n   <li>USN Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (P+ADDIE) model, or</li>\n   <li>USAF Plan, Analyze, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) model</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Active passport </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>5 to 8 years of experience as onsite or positional trainer or classroom instructor</p></li>\n <li><p>5 to 8 years of operator/user experience in Operations Centers</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>50% travel, comfortable training customers in small spaces aboard Navy ships</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
