skills, as well as age-appropriate behaviors and constructive use of leisure time&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provide and supervise recreational and social activities based on the goals established collaboratively with the youth, parents, and placing agency&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of youth, flexibility, a non-threatening manner, respect for youth&rsquo;s autonomy, confidentiality, socio-cultural values, personal goals, lifestyle choices, and family interactions, and appropriate professional boundaries and ethics&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provide the number of hours per month/week contracted by the placing agency&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Complete session progress notes for each session and provide to supervisor, as required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Attend FAPT, treatment team, or family engagement meetings as requested by supervisor&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain current certification in CPR and First Aid&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain a driving record that meets the requirements of Elk Hill&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain liability coverage, at the level required by Elk Hill, on personal auto insurance policy&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Participate in face-to-face supervision with supervisor at least once per month&nbsp;</li><li
