essentially acting as the primary point of contact on the construction site to ensure smooth operation and project success.</span></p><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(30, 46, 85);\">LOCATION</span>&nbsp;</span></h3><p style=\"text-align: justify; color: rgb(30, 46, 85);\">PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</span></h3><ol><li data-pasted=\"true\" style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Schedules work to be performed, and reviews work accomplished by each craft.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Coordinate with Field Supervision and Subcontractors to plan / support construction schedules.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Responsible for quantity take-off (in conjunction with Field Engineering), quantity control, tracking, reporting, and forecasting for civil discipline.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Prepare cost estimates for civil construction activities and support preparation of cost reports, forecast and progress reports.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Oversees tool and equipment usage on the project site.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Manages the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools, consumables, equipment, and servicing of equipment ensuring that the craft professionals have the tools they require to be productive.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors&rsquo; performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Coordinate subcontract activities to ensure civil materials, equipment and quality comply with design plans and specifications.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 2;\">Hire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, top-tier talent retention, and directed recruiting efforts.</li><li id=\"isPasted\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; line-height: 2;\">Supervises team, including training, providing work direction, problem-solving assistance, reviewing performance, recommending salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, and terminations.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; roads and site role responsible for leading and managing a multi-discipline work force on heavy-civil construction projects, and a valid and current driver&rsquo;s license. &nbsp;High school diploma is preferred.&nbsp;</span><br></span></p><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
