Willing to spend a 3-month on-boarding time at our office in Thessaloniki, which is to be followed by a hybrid working model.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are the ideal candidate you should do 3 things in our team:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop yourself and practice becoming better at what you do every single day.</li>\n<li>Support other teammates in their development path.</li>\n<li>Grow our products which, by the way, is the medium in achieving the first two.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do</span><br>• Develop &amp; deliver wireframes &amp; prototypes to showcase your ideas.<br>• Interact with users &amp; the Product team regularly, converting ideas into clear concepts.<br>• Focus on what you do best – design mobile &amp; web interfaces.<br>• Work closely with the Product Design team to develop &amp; expand the Geekbot Design System (in Figma).<br>• Work along the PO to shape the product vision of your product area.<br>• Empathise with end users; measure how designs perform, iterate &amp; continuously improve experiences.<br>• Take product design decisions independently, whether on broadly defined concepts or narrowly scoped, tactical deliverables.<br>• Create customer journey maps, user maps &amp; user flows.<br>• Participate in design reviews &amp; share your work with the C-level.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need</span><br>You should be fluent – with 3+ years of experience – in:<br>• Product design best practices with a deep understanding of mobile-first &amp; responsive design<br>• Showcasing an online portfolio with strong e2e, user-centred design solutions<br>• High-fidelity prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Photoshop (or similar)<br>• Prototyping with UX tools like Maze (or similar)<br>• Collaborating with frontend developers &amp; understanding backend technologies at a high level<br>• Working in Agile &amp; performing in a fast-paced, iterative design process</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have previous experience with</span><br>• Owning large-scale projects &amp; shipping quality digital products people love<br>• Planning &amp; conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, prototyping &amp; identifying accessibility concerns<br>• Basic understanding of web technologies (no coding required) &amp; clarity on backend vs frontend responsibilities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span><br>• Freedom to choose when and where you work from.<br>• Competitive salary.<br>• Private Insurance.<br>• Opportunities to attend trainings, workshops, and conferences.<br>• At least one company off-site and multiple unexpected BBQs per year.<br>• Access to any book related to your growth and development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Application process</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phone screen with someone from People Ops</li>\n<li>1-to-1 interview </li>\n<li>Group interview with the CTO, Lead PD, PO, Tech Lead</li>\n<li>Reference check (optional)</li>\n<li>Offer letter</li>\n</ul>",
