The hospital is part of the Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH), a not-for-profit health system, operating 14 hospitals. ARH is the largest provider of care, the single largest employer in southeastern Kentucky, and the third-largest private employer in southern West Virginia. The Operations Manager will oversee the housekeeping department operations at this 192 bed facility with a manager and a team of 30 in a union environment reporting to the Client Executive.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence</li>\n <li>be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores</li>\n <li>provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department</li>\n <li>partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership</li>\n <li>effectively manages the Unit Operating System</li>\n <li>support a diverse and inclusive workforce</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
