          "text": "<p><b>SUMMARY DESCRIPTION</b>:  Psychiatrists who may be considering making a change in their practice now or in the future – and who seek a better professional / personal life balance and the outstanding quality of life.</p><p><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></p><ol><li>Administers direct patient care which includes but is not limited to: initial psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, medication evaluations and treatment at more than one program site.</li><li><span>Reviews medical history, orders laboratory tests and reviews results.</span><br /></li><li><span>Provide inpatient hospital and intensive outpatient treatment to adults and adolescents with a comprehensive treatment team.  Duties will include admission evaluations; treatment planning and treatment team leadership; daily care of assigned patients; and administrative activities related to patient care.</span></li><li><span>Conducts medical examinations necessary in the course of medication monitoring.</span></li><li><span>Provide physician services, assessment, diagnosis, psychiatric treatment regimen, rehabilitation plans, and support services to persons served by the program’s treatment team.</span></li><li><span>Performs other related duties as required.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrates appropriate medication administration.</span></li><li><span>Prepares documentation regarding medications complies with facility and regulatory standards.</span></li><li><span>Composes timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient behavior, medical interventions, treatment planning and intervention.</span></li></ol>",
