  "BriefDescription": "As a certified Ski or Mountain Guide, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mountains while managing hazards and risk for CMH, our guests, and our staff. In addition to this, you will be held accountable to provide an exceptional guest experience in the field and at various CMH facilities. You will be responsible for assisting with the supervision, training, and mentoring of our Apprentice Ski Guides to ensure that they demonstrate effective risk management while meeting expectations surrounding the guest experience. Working as a cohesive team, you will be expected to train and mentor less experienced guides with all guiding related skills, as well as helping to manage and lead the day-to-day ski program(s).",
