    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Red Wing Properties, Inc., is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at our Red Hook, NY location. Candidate will operate rubber-tired, tractor type vehicle, equipped with front-mounted-hydraulically-powered scoop, to lift and transport sand and gravel between storage areas, truck dump piles and specific storage piles (mounds), and storage piles to the hoppers of processing plant.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs pre-operational equipment checks and completes daily inspection forms.</li>\n <li>Performs pre-shift site inspection per MSHA guidelines.</li>\n <li>Loads Trucks</li>\n <li>Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and 250 hour services.</li>\n <li>Keep stock piles free of contamination</li>\n <li>Keeps yard and roadways well maintained by grading off. Repair potholes, etc. on continual basis.</li>\n <li>May be required to assist with plant maintenance</li>\n <li>May be required to perform services on other equipment when needed (</li>\n <li>May be required to clean up shop, oil storage area.</li>\n <li>May be required to run other equipment as needed.</li>\n <li>Use company radio or CB radio to communicate with the scale house and customers to ensure correct material is loaded and that scale house is aware of product loaded.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>",
