Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We are currently in search of a skilled Installer who will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems.<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">. </span></p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Assembles and installs solar panels on roofs</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Configures PV systems based on site conditions and customers needs and expectations; connects panels to the power grid</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Complete projects within established policies and procedures</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ensures that equipment is weather sealed</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Performs routine maintenance on PV systems</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Responsible for assisting the Electrician with connecting PV panels to the electrical system</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Extensive knowledge of PV equipment and installation.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to read building plans.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to read equipment manuals.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to use ION technology, such as smartphones, Paycom, Field Pro, SalesForce, etc. </span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Vocational or technical school training preferred.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Experience in solar, roofing, or construction preferred</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must be able to work at great heights.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">PV installation is done outdoors. Installers work on rooftops but also sometimes work in attics and crawl spaces to connect panels to the electrical grid.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">PV installers work as part of a team.
