You will be key to assuring <strong>exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency</strong>, demonstrating your ability to celebrate our value to <strong>&quot;Bring the Energy.&quot;</strong></p><hr><p><br></p><h3>Your Service &amp; Operational Duties</h3><p><br></p><p>As our Bistro Server, you are responsible for the total dining experience, from taking the order to securing payment, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.</p><p><strong>Essential Tasks Include:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Order Taking &amp; Salesmanship:</strong> <strong>Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests</strong>, skillfully using <strong>suggestive selling techniques</strong> to enhance the guest experience and revenue.</p></li><li><p><strong>Table Service &amp; Clearing:</strong> <strong>Clear tables during service</strong> and ensure quick table turnover. Provide <strong>direct service to guests</strong> as needed, including <strong>busing tables and seating guests</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Station Maintenance &amp; Side Duties:</strong> Ensure <strong>station and table set-ups are complete</strong>. Perform <strong>various side duties</strong> as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor. <strong>Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Financial &amp; Clerical Duties:</strong> <strong>Control guest checks and secure proper payment</strong>, including performing <strong>general clerical/cashier duties</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Compliance &amp; Certifications:</strong> <strong>Food Handling Certification is required</strong>, as is a valid <strong>Nevada Alcohol Card</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Attendance &amp; Scheduling:</strong> <strong>Regular attendance</strong> is essential to performance.
