Come say hello!</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63);\">As a senior healthcare planner at DGA, you will:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36);\">Oversee and provide medical planning expertise to other team members and the firm-wide healthcare practice.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ program requirements and standards and policies to drive the overall design process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Assist in the development of the scope document outlining work effort and schedule during proposal development and contract discussions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Lead periodical project meetings and presentations; ensure client is adequately briefed on project progress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Be responsible for medical planning concepts and solutions in conjunction with the lead designer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Assist with the establishing of overall project milestone schedules in coordination with project managers, architects and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Balance integration of medical planning between client requirements and user needs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Work to ensure project inter-disciplinary and quality control coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Oversees the development of medical planning throughout the process to communicate planning concepts for project documentation and construction.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36);\">You'll bring to DGA: </span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A proven track record (10+ years) in healthcare planning and design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Relevant degree (Architecture, Interior Design, or related) and OSHPD/HCAI experience a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Advanced knowledge of healthcare design, strategic planning, and master planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Experience in maintaining <span style=\"color: #48413f;\">strong working relationships with clients</span> and building new client relationships </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Strong problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Leadership and team management experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Excellent written, verbal and graphic skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office.
