This role also includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support clients in achieving their goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Client Care:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li>\n <li>Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to clients enrolled.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with clients to identify recovery goals and track progress.</li>\n <li>Address co-occurring mental health conditions and provide crisis intervention as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 and HIPAA.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Program Support:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.</li>\n <li>Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and therapeutic groups.</li>\n <li>Support program development by providing feedback on client needs and service improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Documentation and Compliance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).</li>\n <li>Ensure all documentation meets organizational, state, and federal standards.</li>\n <li>Adhere to program policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all professional activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration and Advocacy:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring access to necessary resources and services.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and referral sources.</li>\n <li>Provide education to clients and families about disorders, treatment options and strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WE WELCOME NEW GRADS!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>E</strong><strong>ducation and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.</li>\n <li>Current licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent) or eligible.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an inpatient setting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong clinical skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of evidence-based practices for SUD treatment (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing).</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.</li>\n</ul>",
