Your Role
Your primary responsibility is to provide a visible, professional deterrent to crime. You support Store Management and Asset Protection (AP) through observation, presence, and reporting — not enforcement .

Full agency‑issued uniform at all times, with visible identification and insignia Inclement weather outerwear must match uniform and display insignia

No weapons or restraints are permitted on Shaw’s / Star Market property , including:
Firearms, tasers, stun guns Batons, nightsticks, impact weapons Pepper spray, mace, or chemical agents Handcuffs or restraints of any kind
What You MAY Do

✅ Provide backup support when requested by Management or AP
✅ Assist when Management or AP asks individuals to leave the premises
✅ Complete written incident reports per agency procedures
