    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.6.28/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.6.28/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>General Summary: &nbsp;</strong>Provide screening, assessment, and emergency services as well as counseling and referral to clients/students.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and emergency assessments on all adults, children and adolescents including District Court assessments. &nbsp;</li><li>Develop initial recommendations including program disposition and referral for all adults entering Thrive Behavioral Health.</li><li>Complete necessary paperwork for referrals to Thrive programs as required.</li><li>Communicate with other Thrive programs about assessed clients.</li><li>Develop a working knowledge of Thrive programs and services and corresponding eligibility requirements to facilitate efficient and effective disposition of clients based upon assessed need.</li><li>Provide and obtain secure appropriate follow up care for all assessed clients. &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with external referral sources to coordinate care for assessed clients.</li><li>Provide education to external agencies regarding the programs and services available at Thrive Behavioral Health.</li><li>Work collaboratively with Thrive staff and clinicians to facilitate access to care and services. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide debriefings at Thrive Behavioral Health and in community as needed.</li><li>Provide consultation and education to community agencies (police, hospital, emergency room, schools and other social service and behavioral health agencies).</li><li>Complete all required documentation in accordance with Thrive policies.</li><li>Collect data required for grants as needed.</li><li>Maintain client confidentiality.</li></ul><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Education, Experience and Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in the human service field of social work or counseling required; independent licensure preferred.</li><li>Qualified Mental Health Professional Certificate required (QMHP).</li><li>At least one year experience in an assessment or screening unit, or emergency services preferred.</li><li>Minimum (2) years experience working with clients who have behavioral health and substance use issues.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Certifications, Licenses Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Valid driver&#39;s license and automobile insurance which meets Rhode Island minimum standards required, or the ability to obtain necessary transportation in order to perform the responsibilities/tasks of the job.&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">EEO/VET/LGBTQ+ Employer</strong></p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
