Build Maintenance: Resolve compilation issues and maintain build systems to ensure a smooth development experience for the team. Test Harness Development: Focus on integrating testable workflows into the development lifecycle, supporting smoke tests, correctness validation, and load testing scenarios without disrupting feature development. WHAT WE VALUE: Automation Mindset: A passion for eliminating manual processes and building reliable, repeatable workflows. Technical Proficiency: Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) and experience with CI/CD tools. Quality Focus: A commitment to testing and validation, with experience in game or simulation testing environments. Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with engineers, designers, and producers to integrate tools into daily workflows. Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex build and pipeline issues quickly. WHAT YOU MAY ALSO HAVE: Game Development Experience: Familiarity with game engines and their build pipelines. ECS Knowledge: Understanding of Entity Component System architectures (e.g., Flecs). DevOps Experience: Experience with containerization or cloud infrastructure for simulation hosting. WHAT WE CAN OFFER: Hybrid Working Arrangement: As a member of our team, you’ll have the flexibility to work at home and collaborate with your fellow engineers in person! Family Friendly: We understand the importance of family, which is why we offer 6 weeks full of Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption Leave to support you during this exciting time! Office Perks: In addition to everything above, we also provide: Weekly Team Lunches (plus Snacks!) Fully Equipped Team Lounge, Including our Favorite Consoles and Games And, most importantly, a supportive and creative working environment made up of talented and friendly people, as well as the opportunity to work on some pretty cool games and projects – if we do say so ourselves!
