The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a willingness to learn, is able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to develop &amp; maintain relationships.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Make an Impact</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Learn mechanical principles of Praxis products and manufacturing to become technical expert/resource on Praxis parts and products fabricated in house</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Manufacture parts by using industry-standard CNC machining techniques and practices such as drilling, grooving and cutting, facing, profiling, pocketing, turning, knurling, and threading</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Obtain and record measurements using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, dial calipers, and height gages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Manufacture Particular Sinter Form (PSF) parts using CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Set up CNC production machines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Complete set-up sheets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Identification of irregularities and recommend process improvements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Record production results</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Replace worn tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Support production operations to meet scheduled client commitments Conduct final inspections in support of manufacturing with high quality and efficiency, meeting all production deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Regularly maintain production and escalate any issues for resolution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Accurately complete all required record sheets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain compliance with Praxis’ Quality Management System</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsible for ensuring equipment is clean and orderly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and applying best practices for on-the-job safety in a production environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes while maintaining an orderly production facility</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain a neat and orderly production facility</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">What You Must Bring to This Role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Machine trade or technical school certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents including maintenance instructions, procedures, and manuals </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated success working with technical/mechanical devices </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proven ability to operate with computers, microscopes, and other tools </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience in production operations, safety, and security protocols </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A history of excellence in communication and active listening </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proven success working independently and in a team environment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated comfort with basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and rounding </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated comfort with both verbal and written communication </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build personal and team-based relationships with all levels of associates -</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Comfort with basic computer applications and data entry </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proven ability to calmly transition between multiple and changing priorities </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to work production shift schedule </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to use a forklift with proper safety protocol </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
