  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Lead a project team consisting of engineers, designers, and field personnel involved in the design, modification, analysis, and constructability of water systems</li><li><!--block-->&nbsp;Coordinate and conduct meetings with project stakeholders</li><li><!--block-->&nbsp;Coordinate with office management and other project managers to share resources</li><li><!--block-->&nbsp;Assist in proposal preparation including oral presentations.
