The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.</p>\n<p><br>\n &nbsp;<strong>Pay and Benefits:</strong><br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location</li>\n <li>Pension / Retirement benefits</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.</li>\n <li>DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>The Impact you will have in this role:</strong></p>\n<p><br>\n Being a member of IT CSS-WRAFT Delivery team, the Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams and &nbsp;crafting functional specifications for the project's development teams.</p>\n<p><br>\n &nbsp;<strong>Your Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Produce functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams</li>\n <li>Lead workflow design and contribute to user experience design, where applicable</li>\n <li>Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on assigned aspects of the project</li>\n <li>Review estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related collaborators</li>\n <li>Provide guidance to team members by elaborating the vital details required through all phases of projects</li>\n <li>Provide input to developers and Test Engineers to ensure System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements</li>\n <li>Participate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as needed</li>\n <li>Contribute to system documentation under company-specific procedures and standards</li>\n <li>Recommend controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes</li>\n <li>Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out concerns appropriately</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of related experience</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6+ years of industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering sophisticated products&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand programming languages&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key lessons.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to thoroughly understand sophisticated business and technical issues and influence decision making&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to plan for and review technical programming specifications&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in multi-functional projects and activities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Consistently uses communications skills to influence outcomes&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to influence others without authority to get things done in a timely fashion&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develops a culture where honesty and clarity are expected.</li>\n <li>Knows the latest on changes in their own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.</li>\n <li>Invests effort to individually coach others.</li>\n <li>Builds collaborative teams across the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>\n &nbsp;<i>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
