    "description": "<p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage corporate master data, enhance data quality, and support system (CargoWise One) related business analysis. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, system evaluation, and operational support to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p>1) Corporate Master Data Management &amp; Quality Improvement</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct global end-user training across branches and departments.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize system processes and data flows.</li>\n<li>Maintain key corporate master data to support smooth operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>2) Performance Monitoring</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage KPIs to monitor and improve corporate data quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>3) Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a key contact for internal and external parties to perform business analysis, investigate system functionalities, and provide operational support.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>4) Business Analysis &amp; System Evaluation</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect new business requirements and change requests.</li>\n<li>Analyze CargoWise One system functionalities for feasibility studies.</li>\n<li>Propose solution designs and workarounds.</li>\n<li>Raise tickets and escalate any outstanding requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>5) Proceed any testing or trial runs for designed solutions</p>\n<p>6) To compile user training materials or system behavior guidelines if need</p>\n<p>7) To support any ad hoc activities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Technical Skills </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline</li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Chinese</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge/Work Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 2 years of experience in master data management, quality assurance, or process improvement within a logistics, supply chain, or operations environment</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in developing and managing KPIs related to quality and compliance performance</li>\n<li>Project management experience is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Behavioral Competencies </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal &amp; communication skills</li>\n<li>Detail oriented and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‐task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment</li>\n</ul>",
