Capital Budgeting</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Lead the end-to-end North American operational budgeting cycle across multiple divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and divisional priorities</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Own the capital expenditure (CapEx) budgeting process from project submission and prioritization through approval, tracking, and post-completion review</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Develop and maintain rolling medium- and long-range financial plans to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate with operations, engineering, and project teams to build accurate and defensible budget submissions</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Variance Analysis &amp;
