This role oversees the ingestion, organization, preservation, and accessibility of digital and physical media, supports video production needs, and ensures compliance with music licensing across all content platforms.\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nDUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tIngest, label, and archive all video for KS&amp;E and The Kraft Group, maintain both digital and physical media collections.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\tDevelop and implement meta schemas, naming conventions and organizational data storage structures to ensure efficient access and long-term preservation of media assets.\\r\\n\\tSupport the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the organization&rsquo;s digital asset management systems and workflows, including developing expertise in Scoreplay and related media platforms.\\r\\n\\tLog all Patriots game footage, features, and other video gathered by KS&amp;E, NFL Films, and other Kraft Group businesses.\\r\\n\\tSupport live and recorded productions by engineering and routing audio/video signals, operating equipment, and collaborating with engineering, A/V, and stadium operations teams during live events and daily operations.\\r\\n\\tCoordinate and support the recording and live-streaming of press conferences, games, events, and related programming for internal and external established distribution channels.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\tSupport radio, broadcast, and live-event programming through graphics integration, playback support, and related production functions as needed.\\r\\n\\tEdit and distribute video content for internal and external use, including press conferences, highlights, feature pieces, and special projects.\\r\\n\\tAssist producers, editors, and content creators by locating, researching, retrieving, and distributing footage and media assets, including coordination with external partners such as NFL Network.\\r\\n\\tTrack and document music usage updates, licensing restrictions, and related policy information to all internal stakeholders as needed.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\tOperate the on-site NFL Network Team Cam during games, events, and over live productions as assigned.\\r\\n\\tSpecial projects and assignments as business dictates\\r\\n\\tResponsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree required. \\r\\n\\t2-4 years of relevant experience in media asset management, video production, broadcasting, content operations, music licensing, or related fields. \\r\\n\\tExperience supporting broadcast, live-production, or audio/video production environmnents preferred\\r\\n\\tFluent in industry-standard media management software and hardware.\\r\\n\\tFamiliarity with industry-standard media management systems, editing software, and production equipment.\\r\\n\\tWorking knowledge of metadata management and media organization best practices.\\r\\n\\tProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.\\r\\n\\tStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\\r\\n\\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.\\r\\n\\tAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\\r\\n\\tAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules based on business needs.\\r\\n\\tSelf-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp; \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions&nbsp; \\r\\n\\tWill need to work at various stations in studio at times \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nWORK ENVIRONMENT \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tStandard office environment. \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tNone required.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nOTHER DUTIES \\r\\n\\r\\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
