    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Market Planner plays a crucial role in advancing development capabilities by identifying the right locations for building new restaurants. This involves close collaboration with the Pizza Hut Global Franchise Markets (GFM) Development teams. The role supports growth across these markets by sharing and implementing market planning best practices. The Market Planner will handle a wide range of market-specific tactical projects during the Market Planning and Site Selection phases of development.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market Planning &amp; Site Selection (100%):\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop, implement, and maintain prioritized market plans to enable and accelerate the PH Growth &amp; Development Strategy, including benchmarking and competitive analysis.</li>\n   <li>Develop tools and guidance on market planning, mapping, and trade area prioritization/penetration.</li>\n   <li>Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for division mapping/GIS and development systems support.</li>\n   <li>Build relationships and work with Development Leaders to effectively communicate and influence development commitments against market plans and support ongoing development results aligned with those plans.</li>\n   <li>Cascade tools and analytics for monitoring, assessing, and gleaning insights regarding growth strategies, market plans, demographics, portfolio segmentation, penetration potential, etc.</li>\n   <li>Influence GFM Development teams with market planning/mapping related processes, including Site Approval Committee Meetings.</li>\n   <li>Act as the primary market planning resource for developing market-level execution strategy across GFM countries with a focused emphasis on Latin America &amp; Caribbean</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.</li>\n <li>University Degree or higher.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in mapping, data management and analysis, and GIS.</li>\n <li>Clear influencing, communication, and organizational skills are essential.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to partner well with cross-functional departments and work with all levels.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work with international and diverse stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Ability to efficiently manage workload with shifting priorities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work semi-independently and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.</li>\n <li>Experience in forecasting and predictive models.</li>\n <li>Strong system/technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with strong/advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Expertise in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP Pro), programming languages (e.g., R), and data visualization tools like PowerBI is advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in multi-unit restaurants, retail, or franchise industry is strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Salary Range: $96,700 to $102,420 annually + bonus eligibility.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></i><strong>This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.</strong></p>",
