font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prepare alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages with accuracy and speed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Memorize signature cocktail recipes and prepare with consistent and accurate methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Supply end of week order sheet to the Events Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Stay focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Comply with all food and beverage regulations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
