Specifically, this Product Control team covers a variety of SPG businesses including ABS Trading, Non-Agency RMBS Trading, Mortgage Finance (lending), and several whole loan mortgage businesses, as well as several derivatives desks.</span></p>\n<p style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\" margin-bottom: 0in\"><span>Key responsibilities of the Product Control team are:</span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>\n  <p><span>Production, preparation and reporting of the daily P&amp;L and risk to various stakeholders, including senior CIB and senior Trading personnel.&nbsp;</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Understand, produce and explain daily P&amp;L into constituent risk components; investigating any issues as needed.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Review with FO to obtain sign-off of P&amp;L and risk, and address any ad hoc requests and queries. &nbsp;</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>First point of contact for FO for all financial and performance information.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Coordinate month-end closing of books, ensuring accurate and reconciled balance sheet, income statement, and other financial statements.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Liaise with middle office areas, back office, VCG and technology development groups as appropriate.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Work with various stakeholders to support new business activities, including ensuring proper accounting, system flow, downstream reporting, etc.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Work with Market Risk Coverage to report, validate and reconcile key risk metrics in various reports including limits and daily reporting packs.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Manage projects and initiatives related to all of the above as well as larger cross-business programs as required.</span></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\" margin-bottom: 0in;
