Do you have advanced skills in manual therapy techniques and a desire to make a real difference? FlexStaff is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our client’s thriving clinic and elevate patient care to new heights!</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p>- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, and geriatric concerns.</p>\n<p>- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on achieving patient goals and enhancing functional movement.</p>\n<p>- Utilize your expertise in manual therapy techniques such as soft-tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, and other advanced approaches like IPA, Mckenzie, or Muscle Energy Techniques (MET).</p>\n<p>- Apply your knowledge of spinal mechanics, mobilizations, and pelvic dysfunction to restore optimal function.</p>\n<p>- Design customized therapeutic exercise programs tailored to each patient’s unique injuries and goals.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<p>- Experience or continuing education in manual therapy techniques and musculoskeletal pain management.</p>\n<p>- A passion for ongoing learning and professional growth—certifications are a plus but not required!</p>\n<p>- Strong diagnostic skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.</p>\n<p>- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment.</p>\n<p>- Be part of a supportive clinic dedicated to excellence and innovation.</p>\n<p>-1 to 2 years’ experience as a licensed PT</p>\n<p>- NYS PT License</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>*Additional Salary Detail</strong>&nbsp;The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
