Primary Responsibilities:
Developing strategic plans for the overall growth and success of the company
Leading, directing, and evaluating the work of other sales, account management, and profitability of the NAM Completions business
Define and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and market share targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key markets and customer segments.
Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Driving the company’s financial performance and growth
Overseeing daily operations and making high-level decisions about policy and strategy
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and shareholders
Promoting the company’s values and mission, and ensuring all company activities adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Representing the company in public settings, and interacting with the media, industry participants, and clients
Identify and evaluate strategic acquisition targets that align with the company’s growth objectives and long-term vision
Identify strategic acquisition targets.
Manage asset base and forecast future capital expenditure needs.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, R&D, and operations to align product capabilities with customer requirements.
Provide customer feedback to internal teams to guide product improvements and innovations.
Develop competitive pricing strategies in coordination with finance and product teams.
Develop and manage sales and departmental budgets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to executive leadership.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and customer focus.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
Proven experience in an executive role
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
MBA or relevant degree
