Our&#xa0;consultants&#xa0;excel in a consultative approach, with a holistic understanding of both business and IT operations and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.&#xa0; &#xa0;</p><p>In this role, your responsibilities will include:&#xa0;</p><p>Deliver enterprise networking solutions with a focus on:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Aruba/HPE campus networking (Route/Switch/Wireless)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>User-Based Tunneling (UBT) architectures (1.0 and 2.0)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Identity-driven access and segmentation</p></li></ul><p>Design and implement:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Wired and wireless network solutions using Aruba technologies&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Secure access frameworks leveraging Aruba ClearPass and role-based policies&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Execute hands-on deployment of Aruba UBT, including:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Policy design and enforcement&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Integration with ClearPass (authentication, profiling, enforcement)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Tunnel configuration across wired and wireless environments&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Troubleshoot complex networking issues across:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>L2/L3 routing and switching&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Wireless connectivity and client onboarding&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Authentication and policy enforcement flows&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and deliver technology solutions for customers, with an exceptionally high focus on quality.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work closely with other Burwood Group project team members.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build strong and continuous relationships with our clients, becoming their go-to advisor.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients to ensure they are able to successfully maintain solutions post-implementation.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Act as a mentor and provide technical guidance to peers.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Stay current on market trends, technologies and best practices&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
