Why Providers choose 360Care:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Focus on quality patient care</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling, we work around your availability</li>\n <li>Patients seen on-site, in a treatment room located within the facility</li>\n <li>Rewarding work with great compensation</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>We Provide</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>State of the art portable equipment and supplies</li>\n <li>All scheduling and billing is completed by 360Care</li>\n <li>Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support</li>\n <li>Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director</li>\n <li>PPE</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oral Health Assessments:  Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including for signs of oral diseases and abnormalities.</li>\n <li>Teeth Cleaning:  Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth.</li>\n <li>Preventative Treatment:  Apply preventative treatments like fluoride applications and sealants.</li>\n <li>Patient Education:  Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing and dietary recommendations.</li>\n <li>Radiographs:  Take digital dental x-rays as needed.</li>\n <li>Record Keeping:  Accurate and timely updates to patient records including documenting treatments and observations.</li>\n <li>Assist Dentist during exams and procedures as needed.</li>\n <li>Assist with patient transportation.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with all patients, family members, providers, faculty, and staff.</li>\n <li>Provide timely responses to patient inquiries; document conversations in the EMR.</li>\n <li>Requires travel up to 100% of the time.</li>\n <li>Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record, and car insurance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid dental hygiene license.</li>\n <li>Must have obtained or in process of obtaining appropriate certificate to practice independently.</li>\n</ul>",
