With more than 1 Million on-site visitors, 224 million television viewers worldwide, close to 40 million online visits and more than 3 billion social media engagements in 2025, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking individuals to work in our Player Services areas as <strong>Anti-Doping Chaperones </strong>to play an essential role in the US Open experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Start Date: August 18, 2026</strong></p>\n<p><strong>End Date: September 13, 2026</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Must be available every day </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Notify the selected player of the need for sample collection and monitor the player while the sample is being collected.</li>\n <li>Chaperones <strong>must</strong> maintain visual contact with the player from the moment the match is completed until the player arrives in the Anti-Doping Station.</li>\n <li>Be responsible for the proper use of assigned portable radio equipment, and provide clear communication with the team.</li>\n <li>Attend a mandatory training session with the IDTM Team.</li>\n <li>Adhere strictly to anti-doping regulations and protocols, ensure the process is carried out professionally, securely, and respectfully.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a health-related field (or other medical support roles).</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in guest or customer service is preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and people skills, and can interact with players, staff, and other tournament participants professionally and respectfully.</li>\n <li>Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to perform physical tasks throughout the day.</li>\n <li>A proactive team player who remains composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.</li>\n <li>Must be available to work every day of the tournament.</li>\n <li>Bilingual language skills are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of <strong>$19.00</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Uniforms:</strong> Employees will be provided with uniforms to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Daily Meal Allowance:</strong> A meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Exciting Work Environment:</strong> Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Come One, Come All</strong></h2>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!</p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p>",
