We invite you to join us in our vision of &ldquo;Making Lives Better!&rdquo;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Registered Nurse provides professional psychiatric nursing services for the Outpatient Behavioral Health and IDD Units of TPC&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for the care and treatment of assigned consumers in accordance with accepted nursing and medical standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Works closely with all TPC treatment team members and community partners to attend to the psychiatric needs of consumers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interacts with consumers in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner and provides direct services in the area of medication, mental health education and care coordination</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications to be successful in the job:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate&rsquo;s degree in nursing from an accredited program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work experience as an RN in a recognized health agency, hospital, or health care facility</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Licensed through the Texas State Board of Nursing Examiner (TXBNE) as Registered Nurse (RN)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">License must be current and in good standing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to demonstrate compliance with TXBNE&rsquo;s rules and regulations to maintain required license</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
