As the Cyber Security Exercise Planner your creative ability will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">As the Cyber Security Exercise planner, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong research and analytical skills when developing realistic scenarios that challenge existing protocols, while ensuring all exercises meet relevant requirements.  You will mentor and guide your team, ensuring smooth execution and delivering valuable insights that enhance overall cybersecurity effectiveness.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: bold\">Our Ideal Candidate: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Natural leader</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Strong attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Likes to take ownership and drive tasks to completion</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Exceptional research and analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Strong verbal and written communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Great attitude!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Develop cyber exercises for combatant commands.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Create and update after-action reports, lessons learned and process improvement plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Incorporates recommendations and modifications to cybersecurity plans, processes, and protocols based on exercise outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Work with stakeholders and process owners to define and document required cybersecurity process evaluations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Design custom, realistic, scenario-based cyber exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity training tools, processes and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Ensure alignment with cybersecurity goals by utilizing relevant policies, directives and doctrines to create exercise plans.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Required to Succeed</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> At least 9 years of demonstrated experience in researching, developing and designing exercises</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Prior government contracting experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Active TS/SCI with CI poly</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: bold\">What's in it for you?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">No more bullet points for starters.
