          "text": "<p>This role is ideal for an experienced forensic professional ready to take on greater responsibility in case leadership, client relationships, and team development within a litigation consulting practice focused exclusively on matrimonial and family law matters. The Director will work closely with practice leadership while managing engagements from initiation through expert testimony or settlement.</p><p><strong>Role is based in Miami, Florida - individuals must be commutable to Miami or open to relocation.</strong></p><p><strong>Engagement Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage forensic engagements in matrimonial litigation, including business valuation, income analysis, lifestyle analysis, tracing of separate vs. marital property, and cash flow analysis.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day case workflow, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters.</li><li>Prepare and review work product to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Provide expert witness testimony and work closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff including analysts and associates.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and review work product for quality and consistency.</li><li>Contribute to staff training and professional development initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain current knowledge of developments in forensic accounting standards, family law, tax implications in divorce, and relevant case law.</li></ul>",
