This position bridges development and support functions, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and end users to deliver reliable, high-quality technology solutions. The role demands a balance of independent problem-solving and team-oriented delivery within Agile environments. Additionally, the position incorporates emerging AI and machine learning capabilities, empowering the organization to leverage intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making across its technology portfolio.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Designs, develops, codes, tests, and debugs software applications following the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and production support</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Works within a team on the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of multiple enterprise applications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participates in Agile activities, such as daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborates with business stakeholders on the design and documentation of requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures all applications comply with security best practices, organizational coding standards, and regulatory requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recommends and performs application improvements and upgrades</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members throughout project implementation to ensure accurate delivery</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops and implements application interfaces, APIs, and data integration layers to support interoperability across enterprise systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Takes ownership of reported issues, researches root causes, determines solutions, and drives problems through to resolution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides on-call coverage</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Four-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent required with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associates degree in a related field with six (6) or more years of hands on experience in coding, testing, and debugging will also be considered</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A combined total of eight (8) or more years of equivalent experience in a related technical discipline may be accepted in lieu of formal education</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Specific Skills, Knowledge &amp; Abilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Highly skilled with building applications using: Visual Studio, C#, ASP .NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, T-SQL, SSIS, Power Automate, Power Apps and Dynamics 365.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Extensive experience working on projects following the Agile project methodology.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Extensive experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps for work item tracking, TFVC, Git, CI/CD pipelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions such as Globalscape EFT or MoveIt.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with process automation tools (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, n8n)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with job scheduling software such as VisualCron</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of banking/financial institution regulatory requirements desired</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with machine learning concepts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with Gen AI and Agentic AI tools</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hiring Salary Range</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate&rsquo;s prior related experience &amp; education and will be finalized at the time of offer.
