We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scenic Fabricator</span> with a strong background in finish carpentry, millwork, and custom builds—someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys bringing creative concepts to life.</p>\n<p>This is not a production-line role. You’ll work hands-on with a collaborative team to create one-of-a-kind installations that blend storytelling, design, and physical space.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fabricate and install custom scenic elements, casework, and millwork for exhibits and environments</li>\n<li>Work from shop drawings and design packages to bring concepts into reality</li>\n<li>Assemble precision components, including parts produced via CNC</li>\n<li>Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow fabricators to ensure quality and intent</li>\n<li>Handle materials such as hardwoods, laminates, veneers, and specialty finishes</li>\n<li>Prepare, pack, and support installation of projects on-site</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace</li>\n<li>Adapt to a fast-paced, project-based environment with evolving priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, or millwork</li>\n<li>Experience in exhibits, museums, themed environments, retail displays, or custom fabrication is a strong plus</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and build details</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment (table saws, routers, nail guns, etc.)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with materials and finishes used in high-quality custom builds</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship and quality</li>\n<li>Team-oriented, reliable, and solutions-focused</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Sets This Role Apart</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You’ll work on unique, story-driven projects—no repetitive builds</li>\n<li>Projects range from museum exhibits to immersive branded environments</li>\n<li>Collaborative, design-forward culture with a focus on creative problem-solving</li>\n<li>Opportunities to see your work installed in real-world spaces</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Details</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and handle materials (up to ~75 lbs)</li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM - 4:00PM (4x10 schedule)</li>\n<li>Willingness to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadlines</li>\n<li>Occasional travel for installations (domestic and international)</li>\n<li>Work environment includes active fabrication shops and installation sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Solid Light</span></span></span></p>\n<p>We are a design-build firm rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
