The standard is the standard — every shift, every day. Building and Improving Systems — Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. If it only works when you’re there, it’s not a system. Executing PTA (Procedure, Training, Audit) — Ensure processes are documented, trained, and audited. Close gaps proactively. Communicating with Radical Transparency — Report reality as it is. Raise issues early. Give and receive direct feedback at every level.
