This role will provide engineering support related to </span><span>the planning</span><span>, design, analysis, coordination, construction, and rehabilitation of structural systems associated with complex infrastructure and facility improvement projects.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The Structural Engineer will work closely with project managers, construction managers, architects, consultants, contractors, airport stakeholders, and client representatives to help ensure structural systems are designed and constructed </span><span>in accordance with</span><span> project requirements, operational standards, applicable codes, and industry best practices.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Projects may include airport terminal improvements, parking structures, bridges, utility infrastructure, transit facilities, building renovations, structural rehabilitation projects, roadway structures, and other public sector capital improvement initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Education Requirements</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><br><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering</span><span>or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution </span><span>required</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span> Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering supporting aviation, transportation, infrastructure, or public sector capital improvement projects</span></span><span><br></span><span><span>• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, building systems, structural analysis, and design methodologies</span></span><span><br></span><span><span>• Experience supporting structural design reviews, construction administration, rehabilitation projects, and field coordination activities</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Knowledge of applicable structural codes and standards including IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, ASTM, and local jurisdictional requirements</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Experience reviewing construction drawings, technical specifications, structural calculations, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Ability to identify design conflicts, constructability concerns, structural deficiencies, and operational impacts while supporting resolution efforts</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Experience supporting projects within active operational environments preferred</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and project correspondence</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and
