    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform rig-ups, rig-downs, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs in the field</li>\n <li>Identify and work with various types of solids control equipment</li>\n <li>Complete required safety training and follow all safety protocols</li>\n <li>Maintain proper rig etiquette while working on job sites</li>\n <li>Accurately complete rental agreements, field tickets, and daily reports</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members</li>\n <li>Assist with general labor tasks as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel to field locations to support equipment setup and operations</li>\n <li>Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance</li>\n <li>Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times</li>\n <li>Support team operations to ensure efficient and safe job execution</li>\n <li>Train and assist other employees when needed</li>\n <li>Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and extended standing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Candidate must satisfy all internal driver eligibility requirements, including compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and driving record criteria</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li>\n <li>Ability to train others and work effectively in a team environment</li>\n <li>Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced field conditions</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks for extended periods</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Veterans Welcome</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
