As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in executing and overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet specifications, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Your technical expertise will be key in identifying and resolving project-related issues while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing reports, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Join us in making a meaningful impact and driving the success of our innovative engineering projects.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages and provides technical engineering support on small-scale/moderately complex capital improvement and maintenance/repair projects from conception through completion, as assigned</li>\n <li>Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget to meet or exceed company expectations</li>\n <li>Provides design and engineering support to East Penn construction and maintenance personnel</li>\n <li>Prepares drawings and/or supervises the development of drawings to support all projects</li>\n <li>Reviews design documentation for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and related specifications</li>\n <li>Specifies and orders materials related to facility and process system expansion or renovation</li>\n <li>Collaborates with outside contractors or vendors to implement and complete projects</li>\n <li>Facilitates project meetings and coordinates activities concerning technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design problems</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance to project specifications, the company’s safety program expectations, and all applicable regulatory codes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>0-3 years of experience in an engineering discipline</li>\n <li>Prior project engineering or management experience, preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Project Engineering practices and tools to support projects</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office (Using standard functions in Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Outlook)</li>\n <li>AutoCAD drawing/interpretation capabilities including ACAD related software</li>\n <li>Microsoft Project familiarity preferred</li>\n <li>B.S.
